Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients

• 1 3 lb chuck roast
• 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Place roast on a large sheet of foil
2. Top with mix and mushroom soup
3. Fold foil loosely around meat
4. Place in oven and bake at 350 for 2 hours
5. Potatoes and carrots may be added during last hour of baking
