Beef Ragout In Squash

Ingredients
- 6 acorn squash
- 3 lb beef round bottom roast
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 12 c cider vinegar
- 1 12 c water
- 34 c uncooked long grain rice
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 12 stick butter or margarine melted
Directions
- Heat oven to 425
- Cut squash in half and remove seeds Place cut side down in shallow baking pan
- Pour in 1-inch water Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes
