Beef Roast

Ingredients
- 3 lb beef shoulder roast
- 1 large onion
- 4 carrots cut up
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 sticks celery
Directions
- Put beef shoulder in pan heat oven to 400
- Peel onion and cut up cut up carrots
- Peel and cut up potatoes Wash and cut up celery stick
- Put in large pan and cover with Reynolds wrap and cook for 3 12 hours
