Beef Roast In Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lb roast
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 12 c water

Directions

  1. Pour water into roast pan
  2. Place roast in and evenly distribute the soups that have been mixed together
  3. Seal with foil and bake at 350 for about 3 hours
  4. The soups and juices from roast make the gravy
