Beef Roast In Gravy

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 lb roast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 c water
Directions
- Pour water into roast pan
- Place roast in and evenly distribute the soups that have been mixed together
- Seal with foil and bake at 350 for about 3 hours
- The soups and juices from roast make the gravy
