Beef Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 2 lb round steak
  • 2 c water
  • 8 Tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Make stuffing according to directions on box
  2. Cut steak into thin pieces about 4 12 x 2-inches score
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Spread some dressing on each piece of meat
  5. Roll up and fasten with skewer or toothpicks
  6. Roll in flour and brown in butter
  7. Add 2 cups water meat stock is better and simmer for 1 12 hours until tender
  8. Remove toothpicks
  9. Pour gravy over meat Garnish with chopped parsley
  10. Serve with mashed potatoes
