Beef Shish Kebabs

Ingredients
- 12 lb top round for each serving
- 1 tomato per person
- 1 pepper per person
- 14 large onion per person
- McCormick marinade mix
Directions
- Cut meat into 1-inch squares
- Pierce meat with a fork Marinate for 24 hours in a red wine McCormick marinade mix Arrange the meat tomato onion and pepper on skewer loosely Cook on grill 15 minutes and turn for another 15 minutes medium-rare or 20 minutes for medium doneness
