Beef Skillet Fiesta

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 Tbsp salad oil
• 14 c diced onion
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 1 lb can tomatoes
• 1 12 oz can whole kernel corn
• 1 14 c beef bouillon
• 12 c thin green pepper strips
• 1 13 c Minute rice

Directions

1. Brown meat in oil leaving it in chunks
2. Add onion cook until onion is tender but not browned
3. Add seasonings tomatoes corn and bouillon
4. Bring to boil
5. Stir in green pepper
6. Boil again
7. Stir in rice remove from heat
8. Cover
9. Let stand 5 minutes
10. Fluff with fork
11. Makes 6 servings
