Beef Skillet Supreme

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean beef round steak
• 12 onion chopped
• 1 c celery chopped
• 1 bell pepper chopped
• 1 pkg frozen Italian cut green beans
• 34 c water
• 4 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 4 12 oz jar sliced mushrooms

Directions

1. Cube beef and brown in salad oil
2. Add chopped onion celery and bell pepper brown
3. Mix together the water cornstarch and soy sauce add to mixture
4. Add the mushrooms and green beans and cook for 10 or 12 minutes or until beans are done stirring occasionally
5. Serve over cooked Minute rice
