Beef Stew18 Quarts

Ingredients
- 6 lb boneless chuck roast
- 3 lb ground chuck
- 1 qt lima beans
- 1 qt peas
- 1 qt potatoes chopped
- 1 qt onions chopped
- 1 qt corn
- 3 c carrots chopped
- 2 c zucchini peeled and chopped
- 1 gal tomatoes
- 4 qt tomato juice
- salt and pepper to your liking
Directions
- Put just enough oil in pan to brown meat
- Add other ingredients and cook on medium heat until vegetables are done
