Beef Stew - Oven Baked

Ingredients

• 2 lb beef stew meat cut small
• 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
• 6 medium potatoes cut in half
• 6 small onions
• carrots in 1-inch pieces
• 1 can cream of celery soup I use 2
• 1 to 1 12 cans water
• 14 c catsup or more

Directions

1. Put meat in roaster
2. Add onion soup mix sprinkle on
3. Add potatoes onions and carrots
4. Mix together cream of celery soup water and catsup
5. Pour over stew
6. Bake covered for 2 to 3 hours
