Beef Stew Bake
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb beef cut in cubes
- 2 Tbsp Mazola oil
- 1 10 oz can mushroom gravy
- 1 c tomato juice
- 12 c water
- 12 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and quartered
Directions
- Brown meat in oil
- Drain off excess fat
- Combine gravy tomato juice water soup mix and horseradish
- Stir into meat Simmer covered 5 minutes
