Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 round steak cut in bite-size pieces
- 3 to 4 cans beef broth
- 2 to 3 bouillon cubes
- 1 large can mushroom pieces
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- flour
- salt pepper and onion powder to taste
- egg noodles cooked
Directions
- Combine flour salt pepper and onion powder
- Mix well
- Roll round steak pieces in flour mixture to coat
- Brown round steak pieces in oil with mushrooms
- Pour off grease
- Pour cans of beef broth and bouillon cubes in and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender
- During last 5 minutes stir in sour cream Serve immediately over egg noodles
