Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 round steak cut-up in small cubes
• 1 large container sour cream
• 1 can consomme beef
• 1 small can mushrooms

Directions

1. Lightly
2. flour
3. and
4. salt
5. and
6. pepper
7. beef
8. Brown in skillet and put the steak in a pan
9. Add drained mushrooms and sour cream
10. Add consomme just enough to keep it thick
11. Turn burner to low stir if the stroganoff boils it ruins the sour cream taste
12. Serve over rice or noodles
