Beef Stroganoff CasseroleServes 4

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb stew beef cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 can cream soup use either mushroom or celery
- 12 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 12 c water
- 12 pt sour cream
Directions
- Combine stew beef and all ingredients except sour cream in covered casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 2 12 hours
- Add sour cream and bake 30 minutes longer
- Serve with rice or noodles
