Beef Tips In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb tenderized boneless roast
- 1 12 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 large onions
- 1 12 tsp garlic salt
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms drained save liquid
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c dry sherry or red wine
Directions
- Brown meat in oil
- Slice the onions in rings and cook with the meat
- Combine soup sherry garlic salt and liquid from mushrooms
- Pour over beef and onions
- Pour in mushrooms
- Let boil and then simmer for at least one hour
