Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

• 2 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
• 5 chopped potatoes
• 1 large onion chopped
• 2 lb beef stew meat
• 5 stalks celery chopped
• 2 large cans chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 6 beef bouillon cubes
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 qt water

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large stockpot
2. Cook at high temperature for half an hour then simmer for an additional hour
