Beef With Cabbage And Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 c water
- 1 lb beef cut in thin pieces
- 8 red-skin potatoes cut in half
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- salt and pepper
- 12 small cabbage
- 2 large carrots cut in 13 pieces
Directions
- Place large skillet on high heat
- Add water beef potatoes onion garlic salt and pepper
- Cook until 12 liquid is reduced Add cabbage and carrots
- Cook 35 minutes or until cabbage and carrots are tender
- Serves 6
