Beefed-Up Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 1 2 14 oz jar Armour Star sliced dried beef sliced
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c sour cream
- 14 c slivered almonds
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Place dried beef slices evenly around chicken breasts
- Tuck edges of beef under chicken Place in 8-inch square baking dish Combine soup and sour cream
- Pour over chicken Bake at 350 covered for 45 minutes
- Remove cover and sprinkle with almonds Continue baking at 350 for 15 minutes Makes 4 servings
