Beefy Rice

Ingredients

• 1 c raw rice
• 1 can beef consomme
• 12 c water
• 1 can mushrooms
• 1 onion
• 34 to 1 stick butter
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter
2. Mix rice soup salt and pepper
3. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 12 hours or until rice is tender
4. Serves 4
