Beefy Rice

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 c uncooked rice
• 1 can beef consomme
• 1 can French onion soup

Directions

1. Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch dish
2. Add rice
3. Mix soups and pour over rice
4. Bake for 1 hour at 350
