Beer-Battered Bass
Ingredients
- 34 c pancake mix
- 14 c flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 34 c warm beer
- 6 fish fillets
- oil for deep frying
Directions
- Combine pancake mix flour baking powder and salt in bowl Add egg and beer mix until smooth
- Dip fish in batter coating well
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown drain
