Beer Batter

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sifted pancake mix
• 1 12 c flour sifted
• 1 can cheap beer prefer ale warm
• 2 eggs room temperature
• 6 to 8 oz 7-Up or Sprite
• 1 tsp thyme
• 2 Tbsp Lawrys salt
• 12 tsp black pepper
• 12 c flour
• 12 c pancake mix

Directions

1. Mix the pancake mix flour beer eggs 7-Up or Sprite and seasonings together thoroughly
2. Let stand for 20 minutes
