Beer Batter For Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 1 Tbsp cooking oil
• 34 can beer
• 3 egg whites

Directions

1. Stir together the first 3 ingredients then beat egg whites until stiff
2. Fold into the first mixture
3. This is a great batter for chicken
