Beer BatterFish Poultry Etc

Ingredients
- 1 14 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard or regular mustard
- 14 tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c beer flat and at room temperature
Directions
- Stir together dry ingredients
- Carefully combine egg and beer Slowly stir into dry ingredients
- Dip pieces of meat or onion rings into batter and fry in deep shortening
