Beer Beef

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp cooking oil
• 1 12 lb beef stew meat cut in small pieces
• 2 Tbsp margarine
• 2 onions thinly sliced
• 1 12 tsp black pepper
• 14 tsp Tabasco
• 1 3 oz can mushrooms drained
• 1 can beer

Directions

1. Flour meat and brown Season with pepper Remove the meat and cook the onion until tender Using a Dutch oven put in meat onion mushrooms the beer and Tabasco Cover and cook for 1 12 to 2 hours
