Beer Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp allspice
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 c raisins
• 2 c beer one 16 oz bottle
• 1 c shortening
• 12 tsp cloves
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3 c flour
• nuts if desired

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 1 hour
