Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 8 oz each pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 1 oz pkg Hidden Valley Ranch milk recipe original Ranch salad dressing mix
• 12 to 34 c beer
• chopped green onion
• additional Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. In medium bowl combine Cheddar cheese cream cheese and salad dressing mix
2. Gradually stir in beer until mixture is to desired consistency
3. Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese
4. Serve with pretzels or assorted fresh vegetables if desired
5. Makes about 3 cups
