Beer Nuts

Ingredients
- 4 12 c raw nuts
- 2 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c water
Directions
- Boil on medium heat 25 to 30 minutes
- Stir once or more to keep from burning
- Boil until dry
- Heat oven 300 grease jelly roll pan and spread nuts in pan
- Sprinkle coarse salt on nuts Bake 20 minutes
- Stir and salt again
- Bake 20 minutes more
- Stir so wont stick
- Cool and store in container
