Beer StewPork

Ingredients
- 2 lb pork shoulder diced fat to brown it
- 1 can beer
- 12 c water
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 4 onions quartered
- 2 c bouillon
- 2 c cooked potatoes big chunks
- 1 34 c cooked carrots
- 14 c flourwater to make paste
Directions
- Brown pork
- Add beer water and rosemary
- Simmer covered 30 minutes
- Add onions and cook 30 minutes more
- Meanwhile cook potatoes and carrots salted together until done
- Add these and bouillon to stew pot
- Blend flour and water to make a paste and add to stew
