Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork shoulder diced fat to brown it
  • 1 can beer
  • 12 c water
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 4 onions quartered
  • 2 c bouillon
  • 2 c cooked potatoes big chunks
  • 1 34 c cooked carrots
  • 14 c flourwater to make paste

Directions

  1. Brown pork
  2. Add beer water and rosemary
  3. Simmer covered 30 minutes
  4. Add onions and cook 30 minutes more
  5. Meanwhile cook potatoes and carrots salted together until done
  6. Add these and bouillon to stew pot
  7. Blend flour and water to make a paste and add to stew
