Beet And Carrot Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs unbeaten
- 34 c oil
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 c flour
- 1 12 tsp soda
- 1 c carrot and 1 c beet raw and ground or shredded
Directions
- Mix all together
- Pour into greased and floured bread pans 1 pan for large loaf or 2 medium loaves
- Bake at 350
- for 1 hour
