Beet Jam

Ingredients
- 2 1 lb cans sliced beets
- 13 c lemon juice
- 6 c sugar
- 1 pkg Sure-Jell
Directions
- Grind beets in a food chopper
- Measure 3 23 cups pulp and juice and add lemon juice
- Add Sure-Jell and bring to a boil
- Add sugar
- Stir and bring to a full boil again
- Boil for one minute Put in glasses and cover with paraffin
