Beet Jelly

Ingredients

• 4 c beet juice
• 1 pkg grape Kool-Aid
• 5 c sugar
• 1 pkg Sure-Jell

Directions

1. Measure beet juice in large pan heat to boiling
2. Add Sure-Jell and Kool-Aid
3. Mix well and bring to boiling again
4. Add sugar and bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes
5. Pour in jars and seal
6. This tastes like grape jelly
