Beet Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can beets drained well and liquid reserved
- 1 c sugar
- 1 6 oz pkg raspberry Jell-O
- 1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 12 c wine vinegar
- 1 tsp onion grated
- 1 tsp mustard seed
Directions
- Mash beets
- Combine reserved liquid with enough water to make 3 cups
- Heat and add sugar
- Add Jell-O and gelatin dissolve
- Let mixture cool
- Pour vinegar over beets
- Fold beets onion and mustard seed into jello mixture
- Allow to cool and gel
