BeginnerS Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 1 12 c White Lily flour plain
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c shortening
- 3 to 6 Tbsp ice cold water
Directions
- Mix flour and salt together in bowl
- Cut in shortening with fork until mixture looks like corn meal
- Add water a little at a time
- Let set a few minutes
- Knead on floured surface and shape into pie shell
