BeginnerS Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 12 to 3 c flour
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 1 14 c sugar
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 c butter
- 34 c hot water
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp oil
Directions
- Mix 1 cup flour yeast sugar and salt in mixer bowl
- Add butter and water beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
- Add egg and 12 cup flour beat for 1 minute
- Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough
- Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes
- Let rest covered with plastic wrap and towel for 20 minutes
- Shape into rolls
- Place on greased baking sheet
- Brush with oil Chill covered overnight
- Let rise until doubled in bulk
- Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes
- Yields 12 servings
