Benedictine Spread
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 14 tsp grated onion
- 13 c finely diced cucumber
- dash of salt
- 12 tsp vinegar
- green food coloring
- white bread slices crusts removed
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl mix well
- Add a drop of green food coloring stir well
- Spread mixture on bread slices
- Serve as finger sandwiches
