Berry Cream Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 c sour cream or yogurt
- 14 c whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp confectioners sugar
- 14 c berry vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 14 c vegetable oil
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients except the oil
- Add the oil in a slow steady stream until blended
- Refrigerate
- Use on a spinach-cucumber salad
