Best-Ever Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 small onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and stir together
- Bake in greased 8 x 8-inch dish in 350 oven for 45 minutes
