Best-Ever Corn Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 can whole kernel corn drained
• 1 can cream-style corn
• 1 8 oz sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 small onion chopped
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and stir together
2. Bake in greased 8 x 8-inch dish in 350 oven for 45 minutes
