Best Banana Bread Ever
Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas
- 12 c Crisco cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c pecans chopped optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 Liberally grease loaf pan Combine all ingredients until mixed thoroughly but do not overmix
- Pour into pan Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Enjoy
