Best Hot Fudge
Ingredients
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c water
- dash of salt
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 12 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp butter
- chopped pecans optional
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients together in large glass measuring cup Microwave on High until it comes to a boil stirring every minute
- Stir in vanilla and butter
- Serve over vanilla ice cream
