Best Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 12 c butter
• 1 c corn syrup
• 1 c sugar
• 3 eggs beaten
• 12 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• salt to taste
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Brown butter in saucepan over medium heat until golden brown stirring constantly to prevent burning
2. Cool
3. Beat corn syrup sugar and eggs in bowl
4. Add lemon juice vanilla and salt mix well
5. Stir in pecans and browned butter
