Betty CroomeS Poppy Seed Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 fryers stewed or baked and cut in bite size
- 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 small carton sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 or 4 Tbsp celery chopped
- 2 Tbsp pimento chopped
- 1 12 c crackers coarsely crumbled
- 2 Tbsp poppy seed
- 1 stick oleo melted
Directions
- Mix ingredients and put in large casserole dish
- Top with coarsely crumbled crackers poppy seed and melted oleo
- Bake for 35 minutes in 350 oven
