Betty RogerS Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 8 chicken breast halves or 12 thighs boned and skinned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced and sauteed
- 1 c sour cream
Directions
- Saute stuffing in butter until golden
- Add 34 of buttered stuffing to bottom of greased 3 quart casserole dish
- Place chicken in dish
- Mix together soup sour cream and mushrooms Pour over chicken
- Add remaining crumbs on top
