BettyS Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 slices bread cubed and crust removed
- 12 lb Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 lb diced ham or sausage cooked and drained
- 4 c milk
- 8 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp dry mustard
- pepper to taste
- some dry minced onions to taste
Directions
- Layer first 3 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan
- Mix together milk eggs salt mustard pepper and onions
- Pour over dry ingredients
- Refrigerate overnight
- Bake 1 to 1 12 hours in 350 oven
