BettyS Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bread cubed and crust removed
  • 12 lb Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 lb diced ham or sausage cooked and drained
  • 4 c milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 12 tsp dry mustard
  • pepper to taste
  • some dry minced onions to taste

Directions

  1. Layer first 3 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Mix together milk eggs salt mustard pepper and onions
  3. Pour over dry ingredients
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Bake 1 to 1 12 hours in 350 oven
