BettyS Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 18 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c Karo Syrup
• 1 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp butter melted
• 1 c whole half pecans
• 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

1. Mix together eggs syrup salt vanilla sugar and butter Stir in nuts and pour into pastry shell
2. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes
3. Filling should appear slightly less set in the center
