BettyS Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust
• 2 or 3 potatoes boiled until tender
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 stick butter melted
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 small can evaporated milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Boil potatoes until tender peel skins off and mash
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well Pour into pie crust Bake at 350
