BevS Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 jar or pkg sauerkraut well rinsed and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp butter or oleo
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp sweet milk 2
  • 1 lb Polish sausage sliced into pieces not too thick

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot mix well and let blend without heat for about 1 hour Turn heat on low and cook for 3 to 4 hours until it is bubbly and hot
