BevS Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 jar or pkg sauerkraut well rinsed and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp butter or oleo
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 3 Tbsp sweet milk 2
- 1 lb Polish sausage sliced into pieces not too thick
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot mix well and let blend without heat for about 1 hour Turn heat on low and cook for 3 to 4 hours until it is bubbly and hot
