BevS Super Squash
Ingredients
- 3 lb zucchini squash
- 14 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 small bunch scallions green onions
Directions
- Wash zucchini and cut in 1-inch slices
- Put in a large pot and cover with water
- Bring to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes only
- Drain squash very well
- Cut scallions into very small pieces use the green and white part
- Put the squash into a long baking dish sprinkle scallions on top of squash
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice cheese and place on top
- Bake in 350 oven until cheese is melted about 15 to 25 minutes
