Big Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 c plus 2 Tbsp unsifted flour
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c butter softened
- 12 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 1 disposable foil pizza pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine flour soda and salt and set aside
- Combine sugar brown sugar and vanilla
- Beat until creamy
- Add egg
- Mix in flour then chocolate chips
- Add nuts and spread evenly in the lightly greased pizza pan
- Bake for 20 minutes
