Bing Cherry Jello

Ingredients

• 3 oz black cherry jello
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 can Bing cherries
• 1 c boiling water

Directions

1. Drain cherries save juice
2. Cut cherries in half
3. Mix water with jello
4. When jello is dissolved add enough water to cherry juice to make 1 cup
5. With mixer soften cream cheese add juice mixture to cheese and mix until smooth
6. Refrigerate jello to get syrupy
7. Add slowly to cheese mixture
8. Mix until smooth
9. Add cherries
10. Pour into mold
11. Refrigerate until set
