Bing Cherry Salad

Ingredients

• 1 can or jar Bing cherries drained save juice
• 1 can small crushed pineapple drained save juice
• 1 pkg cherry jello
• 1 bottle Coca-Cola
• 12 c pecan meats coarsely chopped

Directions

1. Drain the juice from Bing cherries and crushed pineapple Bring juice to a boil and pour 1 cup of the hot juice over cherry jello stirring until dissolved
2. Let cool and add Coca-Cola this is the second cup of liquid
3. When jello begins to set add the pineapple diced cherries and pecan meats
4. This recipe can be doubled easily
