Ingredients

  • 25 birds
  • 6 lb potatoes 12 cut small the other 12 large
  • 2 lb onions
  • 4 1 lb cans tomatoes
  • 2 14 oz bottles Heinz catsup add when nearly done
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 large apples cooking apples
  • 2 large dry pepper pods
  • 4 Tbsp salt
  • 5 tomato cans water
  • 14 lb butter last
  • 2 pt cream last

Directions

  1. Cook until birds are done and the meat begins to fall from bones
  2. Add half of the catsup and Worcestershire sauce after it has cooked 45 minutes and the other half about 12 hour before it is done
  3. Then the flavor cooks into the meat
  4. Hope you like it
